Call for Papers

Please note that the submission process consists of two mandatory steps:

A pre-submission stage and a final submission stage.

Two types of presentations are possible: oral presentations and poster presentations.

• Oral presentations will be 20 minutes long (including 5 minutes for discussion) and will take place in one of the working groups chosen by the researcher.
• Poster presentations will be displayed throughout the conference.

Authors are invited to submit their contributions (oral communication or poster) by logging onto the CIRECoST website, then going to the "Connected Space" area (left column) and choosing "Submissions".

A maximum of 8 pages for oral presentations (including bibliography and appendices).

A maximum of 2 pages for poster presentations (including bibliography).

The deadline for submitting a proposal for the CIRECoST conference is February 1, 2026.

Note : This deadline is firm.

Your pre-submission of the communication text (including title, abstract, and text) must refer to the CIRECoST template found in the left column: CIRECoST1_2025_article_template or CIRECoST182025_poster_template.

You will receive an email no later than March 15, 2026, informing you whether your oral or poster presentation has been accepted, as well as feedback from the scientific committee members.

This feedback must be taken into consideration, and the texts of the presentations must be revised according to the recommendations of the CIRECoST Scientific Committee and submitted on the website no later than March 29, 2026. This will allow us to host the preliminary proceedings of the conference on the CIRECoST website at: https://cirecost1.sciencesconf.org/
