Creating a SciencesConf account If the main author does not yet have a SciencesConf account, they must create one. This is essential in order to submit a paper on the website. Submitting your proposal on the website To submit their contribution, the main author logs into the conference website with their SciencesConf account (click on the “Login” icon), then submits their contribution by following the instructions on the website: - Step 1: enter the title, abstract, type of contribution (article or poster) and theme (working group) - Step 2: enter the name of the main author and their affiliation (laboratory, university, etc.) as well as the names and affiliations of the other authors. - Step 3: submit your file in PDF or Word format (.doc or .docx); it will be automatically converted to PDF. - Step 4: check the information and submit. Reminder of some rules to follow A contribution to a working group must not exceed: - 8 pages for an article - 2 pages for a poster presentation. Templates to download: Name the file for your contribution as follows, respecting upper and lower case letters and omitting accents, cedillas, hyphens, etc.: Only capitalize the author's last name, without accents or special characters (in the case of a compound last name, omit hyphens or spaces). |
